What type of account is needed for international money transfers?

To transfer money internationally, you must have an approved account with completed identity verification.

How long does it take to complete an international money transfer?

Transfers to European bank accounts are processed within 5 minutes, and transfers via physical delivery to Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan are processed within 60 minutes.

Can I cancel an international money transfer?

If the transaction is still pending, you can contact the support team and request the cancellation of the transaction. In cases where the transaction is completed, you can create a support ticket to have the money sent back to you. In case of cancellation, you may be charged a fee commensurate with the cost of the transaction. Refund process is faster for pending transactions. When sending money abroad, you should make sure that you select the correct person and enter accurate account information.
